Magnifier (Figure 7) is a horizontal explorer bar that allows you to see content of the loaded page in different zoom. It is very useful for people with poor eyesight and web designers. You can select any zoom coefficient (from 1x to 64x). Also there is a show cursor option.

You can use a button on the toolbar (Figure 5) or a button on the Internet Explorer toolbar (Figure 8) to show or hide the Magnifier.
